If you’re having a smaller day or an elopement and want the key moments beautifully captured, Intimate is ideal. Full Day suits most weddings and captures the complete story from morning to evening. Weekend is for destination weddings and multi-day plans like a welcome evening, post-wedding brunch, or a big walk in the Lakes. Your 18 hours can be split across the days however you’d like, as long as we agree the plan in advance.
No constant posing and no turning your day into a shoot. I’ll give you space to enjoy it. For couples shots, I’m happy to guide you into good light and a beautiful spot, then let the moments happen naturally.
Not at all. Most couples aren’t used to being filmed. My approach is calm and low-pressure. I blend in and capture what’s real, with minimal direction. If you ever want a little help, I’ll offer a simple prompt, then step back and let you be together.
Every package includes unobtrusive coverage and a carefully edited wedding film, plus full ceremony and speeches (captured as they happen within your booked hours). I film with multiple cameras, use professional microphones for clear audio, and include drone footage where conditions allow. You’re also covered by public liability insurance, and everything is delivered digitally with licensed music.

Your date is secured once the deposit is paid and the contract is signed. I take on a limited number of weddings each year and I can’t hold dates without a booking, so if you’re keen, it’s best not to leave it too long.
My usual delivery time is 6–8 weeks. I put real time into the edit because pacing, sound, and atmosphere matter. I’ll keep you updated, and you’ll receive your films via digital delivery once everything is finished.
Yes. I’m based near Carlisle and travel up to 100 miles from Carlisle is included. For weddings further afield, there may be additional costs for travel and accommodation. This is to keep things stress-free, avoid traffic risk, and make sure I’m fresh and fully present on the day.
Yes, and I’m very used to it. I work quietly alongside photographers so you’re not being pulled in two directions. It works best when your photographer shares a similar vision and approach. If you choose a very different style (for example, lots of flash, heavy posing, or editorial set-ups), it can impact the video. In some cases I may ask for a little dedicated time with you without flash so I can capture clean, natural footage.
